Types of testing

We prepare a complex UX survey, ask people to work with your website or mobile application and then answer the questions of the survey to see what issues they had working with your product.

The survey answers are carefully processed by our UX team and a report is prepared for you grouping all recommendations and feedback that testers had.

The service can be extended to analyze facial expressions and emotions of a tester when working with the product or alternatively testers can be asked to voice the process of working with the product, that way we'll be able to identify all the places where user has difficulties with navigation or understanding the business flow.

With this flexible and dynamic service we had dozens of successful projects over the last couple of years, miles of prepared UX reports and hundreds of found UX and functional bugs.
